as
much
as
heretofore
there
haue
hapned
diuers
inconueniences
and
controuersies
in
the
election
of
the
Emperor

to
the
hinderance
and
annoying
of
Germanie
with
continuall
warres
,
which
by
such
occasions
haue
hapened
,
the
which
euils
may
breed
to
cause
a
disagreeing
and
vtter
destruction
of
the
Empire
in
Germanie

the
father
hath
heretofore
beene
carefull
to
preferre
vnto
the
Empire
after

sonne

kinsman

then

appoint
thereto
a

fit
and

of
such
a
charge

calling
