diuers
auctorities
that
say
thus

is
expedient
,
that
prelates
study
more
to
profite
the
people
,
than
to
haue
preeminence
ouer
the
people
.

Also
I
fynde
wrytten
/
that
thoughe
punisshement
may
not
holly
be
omytted
,
that
yet
it
profyteth
moche
/
that
it
be
somtyme
deferred
.

Also
that
it
behoueth
necessarily
,
that
he
that
hath
rule
ouer
other
,
brenne
euer
in
a
quycke
lyuely
zele
to
the
helthe
of
theyr
soules

that
he
hath

of

prelates

that

passed

bene

neuer

lesse
they
fed
the
flockes

them

heuenly
fode

not
to

to

saythe

prelates

honour

peryll

degree

ruine

dignitie

the
mouthe

Helle

there
is
no
doubt

that
theyr
administracion
is
more
perillous

than
is

ministracion

any
other
