THe Quenes Maiestie vnderstandeth , that where she hath geuen order , that all her louing subiectes to whom she oweth any money vpon lone , shoulde be fully and spedyly payde : certayne persons intendyng vnduely to seeke a gayne herein , haue of late sought to redeme into theyr handes , a number of priuie Seales , which were delyuered to the sayde creditours for assuraunce of repayment , with condition to pay to them lesse portions , then ought and shal be payde by her Maiestie to the sayde creditours . Which abuse , her Maiestie so muche misliketh , as a thyng tendyng in some part to the discredite of her payment , and insome other , to damnifie such persons , as her Maiestie thinketh worthy , not onely of theyr money , but of her thankes : that her expresse commaundement and will is , that yf any person may any wise be knowen , that may be herewith charged , the partie so offendyng , shall not onely make full payment to the creditours , but shal be furder punished , vntyll hee haue made satisfaction for his offence , against the honour and credite of her Maiestie .
