in
the
seven
and
twentieth
yeere
of
the
Queenes
Maiesties
reigne
,
hath
bene
continued
by
diuers
prorogations
and
adiornements
,
vntill
the
sixe
and
twentieth
day
of
April
now
last
past
,
at
which
day
by
her
Maiesties
letters
patents
vnder
the
great
seale
of
England
,
bearing
date
at
Westminster
the
same
sixe
and
twentieth
day
of
April
,
the
same
Parliament
was
proroged
and
adiorned
vntil
the
fourtenth
day
of
November
now
next
comming
:
Her
Maiestie
doeth
hereby
signifie
vnto
all
her
louing
subiects

that
aswel
for
that
the
matters
presently
requiring
the
consideration
of
a
Parliament
bee
of
such
importance
vnto
her
Maiestie
and

highnesse

not
conueniently
be
deferred

that

Knights

highnesse
cannot

their
seruice

Parliament

and
for
many
other
weightie
causes
and
considerations
her
Highnesse
in
that
behalfe
especially
moouing

Hath
by
her
letters
patents
vnder
the
great
scale
of
England
,
bearing
date
the
foureteenth
day
of
this
instant
moneth
of
September
,
dissolued
the
same
Parliament
,
so
as
the
Lordes
spirituall
and
temporall
,
Knightes
,
Citizens
and
Burgesses
of
the
same
dissolued
Parliament
,
shall
not
neede
to
make
their
apparance
for
the
seruice
of
that
Parliament
in
the
said
foureteenth
day
of
Nouember
next
comming
,
but
are
of
the
same
their
appatance
by
reason
of
the
same
dissolution
clearly
discharged
.
Neuerthelesse
,
her
Highnesse
being
for
the
respects
aforesaid
,
and
vpon
like
weighty
considerations
minded
presently
to
summon
a
new
Parliament
,
if
any
the
Knights
,
Citizens
or
Burgesses
of
the
former
dissolued
Parliament
shall
fortune
to
be
elected
Knights
,
Citizens
or
Burgesses
of
the
Parliament
now
newly
to
be
summoned
,
her
Highnes
doeth
likewise
signifie
,
that
they
are
then
to
keepe
their
apparance
with
the
other
Knights
,
Citizens
and
Burgesses
of
the
same
Parliament
,
at
the
day
and
place
when
and
where
the
same
new
Parliament
shall
bee
summoned
to
be
holden
and
kept
,
whereof
her
Highnesse
requireth
them
not
to
faile
