THE Kings most Excellent MAIESTIE by the Aduice of his priuie Counsell , for diuers important Considerations , doeth publish and declare to all His louing Subiects , That all Coynes of Gold and Siluer within this His Realme of England , shall bee , and shall bee taken and receiued , to bee Currant in all Receipts and Payments , in such Species , and at such Weight , Finenesse , and Value , as the same were Currant the first day of August last past , and not otherwise . And that all Moneys of Gold and Siluer coyned sithence the sayd first day of August , in any other manner , then according to the Proclamations in force the said first day of August , shall be esteemed but as Bullion , and not bee Currant .
