WHereas at Our last Session of Parliament , the same Our Parliament was Prorogued by Vs , vntill the twentieth day of October then next comming , and now neere at hand ; wee , by the aduice of Our Priuie Councell , for diuers weightie reasons Vs especially moouing , which concerne Our affaires both at home and abroad , doe heereby publish and declare Our Royall Will and Pleasure , That the same Parliament shall be againe Prorogued , from the said twentieth day of October , vntill the twentieth day of Ianuary now next ensuing : whereof the Lords Spirituall and Temporall , Knights , Citizens , and Burgesses , and all others whom it may concerne , may heereby take notice , and order their affaires accordingly ; Wee letting them know that Wee will not at the said twentieth day of October expect the attendance of any , but such onely as being then in , or about Our Cities of London or Westminster , may attend the making of the said Prorogation , as heeretofore in like case beene accustomed .
