ORdered by his Highness with the consent of his Counsel , That the Commissioners for the Excise for the time being , and their Sub-Commissioners , doe demand and receive for the duty of Excise from and after the 25th of March last , six pence upon every hundred weight conteining one hundred and twelve pound of Iron English , and no more , to be paid by the Maker ; the rate in the Ordinance of the 17th of March , 1653. notwithstanding .
