Resolved , &c. THat in lieu and recompence thereof , there shall be charged and raised upon the Kingdom of England and Dominion of Wales , the yeerly summe of one hundred thousand pounds , to be disposed of by both Houses of Parliament :

Resolved , &c. THat this House doth Declare and Order , That the Court of Wards shall proceed as formerly in the mean time concerning Wardships , untill an Ordinance for taking away the said Court shall be perfected and completed .
