WHereas this present Parliament stands Prorogued to the Three and twentieth Day of November next ; And it being His Majesties Pleasure that the same Parliament shall , upon the said Threé and twentieth Day of November , Meét and Sit for the Dispatch of divers Weighty and Important Affairs : We therefore ( with the Advice of His Majesties most Honourable Privy Council ) have thought fit to Issue this Proclamation for Declaring and Publishing the same . And all the Lords Spiritual and Temporal , and the Knights , Citizens and Burgesses of the House of Commons , are hereby Required and Commanded to give their Attendance accordingly at Westminster , on the said Threé and twentieth Day of November next .

Given at the Court at Whitehall the One and twentieth Day of October , 1697. In the Ninth Year of His Majesties Reign . God save the King .
