WHereas this Present Parliament stands Prorogued to the Twenty ninth Day of this Instant November ; and it being His Majesties Pleasure , That the same Parliament shall , upon the said Twenty ninth Day of November , be Held and Sit for the Dispatch of divers Weighty and Important Affairs : We therefore with the Advice of His Majesties most Honourable Privy Council , have thought fit to Issue this Proclamation for Declaring and Publishing the same . And all the Lords Spiritual and Temporal , and all the Knights , Citizens , and Burgesses of the House of Commons , are hereby Required and Commanded to give their Attendance accordingly at Westminster , on the said Twenty ninth Day of this Instant November .

Given at the Court at Whitehall , the Third Day of November , 1698. In the Tenth Year of His Majesties Reign . God save the King .
