WHEREAS We are informed , That divers Officers of His MAJESTIES Army in this Kingdom do absent themselves from their respective Commands without Our Licence , which may tend very much to the disadvantage of His MAJESTIES Service : We do therefore hereby command and require all Officers of His MAJESTIES Army , that are absent from their Charges without Licence from Us , as aforesaid , forthwith to repair to their respective Guarrisons and Quarters , and all others who are absent by Licence from Us , and now in this Kingdom , to return to their several Commands within Ten days next after publication hereof , notwithstanding such Licences ; and that no Officer do hereafter depart from his Command without leave first obtained from Us or other the chief Governor or Governors of this Kingdom in our absence : And We do hereby Declare that if any Officer shall neglect to repair to his Duty as abovesaid , or shall afterwards depart from the same but by License , as aforesaid , that such Officer shall be dismissed from his Imployment in His MAJESTIES Army , whereof We require all persons concerned to take notice .
