In all Humility Prostrate themselves at Your Majesties Feete , Your Poore Petitioners . HVMBLY SHEWETH ,

THat as Your Maiesties Royall Presence amongst us hath beene the comfort of our Loyall hearts , And the Glory and Magnificence of Your Princely Court , the spring and fountaine whence hath flowed pentifull aliment and maintenance for us , our Husbands , Children and Families , to the support of many Thousand souls , Education , whose Trade and labors , have had sole relation to the service of you Sacred person , and whose subsistence depends wholly upon the Commerce we receive by occasion of your Maiesties Retinue , and the resort of the Nobilitie and Gentry to your Royall Pallace , which is the life of Trade . So they cannot but foresee that your Maiesties withdrawing the comfort of your Royall presence from amongst them , must necessarily occasion the utter deiection , distraction and Ruine of them and all their dependants .

Therefore humbly pray , that your Maiestic ( not imputing the uncivill Tumults , nor uniust aspersions of some factious and ill-affected spirits , to proceed from any unsiderable party of your Loyall Subiects , but rather such as have beene excyted thereto by some sinister practises ) will truly affy in the constant and reall affections of your loyall people , who with perfect zeale hould in due Reverence and admiration your great and exemplar Vertues , and with cheerfull and faithfull hearts , as they live by your favour , will willingly die in your service .

And that your Maiestie in your tender Compassion of the afflicted mindes , and distressed estates of your petitioners would renue the spring of al their hopes , comforts and subsistence , by deserting this intended Iourney , and gratiously refreshing their withering spirits , with the Beames of your much desired presence .

So shall your Petitioners be obliged ever to pray for your Maiesties long life and prosperity .
