I am commanded by His Majestie to make known to the Houses of Parliament .

THat His Majestie went from Holdenby unwillingly .

That Hedesires they will neglect no means for preservation of the Honour of the Parliament , and the established Laws of the Land .

That they will beleeve nothing that is said or done in His Name against the Parliament , untill they send unto Himself , and know the truth of it .
