AN ACT For Continuance of a former Act For Setling the MILITIA OF THIS COMMON-WEALTH .

BE it Ordained and Enacted by this present Parliament , and by Authority of the same , That the Act , Entituled , An Act for Setling of the Militia of the Commonwealth of ENGLAND , and all and every the Powers therein contained , shall be in force and have continuance to all intents and purposes , until the First day of May , One thousand six hundred fifty and one , Any thing in the said former Act contained , or otherwise to the contrary notwithstanding .

ORdered by the Parliament , That this Act be forthwith printed and published .
