WHereas there is an Act of this present Parliament , Entituled , An Act for the making of Iohn Bradshaw Serjeant at Law , Chancellor of the Dutchy and County Palatine of Lancaster ; And for Authorizing the said Chancellor to pass a Patent for constituting of Bartholomew Hall Esq Attorney General for the Dutchy of Lancaster : Now for continuance thereof , and of the Iurisdictions of the said Dutchy and County Palatine of Lancaster ; Be it Enacted by this present Parliament , and by the Authority thereof , That all the Offices , Places , Powers , Iurisdictions and Authorities thereby given unto the said John Bradshaw and the said Bartholomew Hall therein named ; as also the Iurisdictions of the said Dutchy and County Palatine , be continued until the First day of April , One thousand six hundred fifty three , and no longer .

Saturday the First of January , 1652.
