AN ACT For Continuing the High Court of Justice .

BE it Enacted by this present Parliament , and the Authority thereof , That all and every the respective Commissioners of the High Court of Iustice , Constituted and Appointed by several Acts of this present Parliament , and now Members of that Court ; and all and every the Powers and Authorities of the said High Court , with their several Limitations and Restrictions , shall continue in force until the last day of December next ensuing .

Thursday the Five and twentieth of September , 1651.
