AN ACT For taking away FINES UPON Bills , Declarations and Original Writs .

BE it Enacted by this present Parliament , and the Authority of the same , That from and after the Fifth day of August , One thousand six hundred fifty and three , no Fines shall be taken upon Bills , Declarations , or Original Writs ; but such Writs shall be from thenceforth issued , and such Bills and Declarations admitted and Filed , without taking any Fine .

Tuesday the Second of August , 1653.
