AN ACT Making Void the Acts Appointing Commissioners for Government of the Army ; And for Making Charles Fleetwood Esq Commander in Chief of the Land-Forces .

BE it Enacted by the Authority of this present Parliament , That one Act of Parliament , Passed the eleventh Day of February this present Year , One thousand six hundred fifty nine , Entituled , An Act appointing Commissioners for the Government of the Army : As also one other Act , Entituled , An Act Constituting Charles Fleetwood Esq Lievtenant General and Commander in Chief of the Forces Raised and to be Raised by Authority of Parliament within England and Scotland , Passed this present Parliament , Be henceforth Null and Void . And that all Authorities by the said Acts , or either of them given , do Cease and Determine , and be Ceased and Determined .
