THat Tuesday the Twelfth of April , One thousand six hundred fifty three , be set apart for a day of Publique Thanksgiving to the Lord throughout the whole Commonwealth , for the great and seasonable Victory vouchsafed to the Navy of this Commonwealth , upon the late Engagement with the Dutch Fleet , on the Eighteenth , Nineteenth and Twentieth days of February last .

ORdered by the Parliament , That the Order appointing the Twelfth of April , One thousand six hundred fifty three , a Day of Publique Thanksgiving , be forthwith Printed and Published ; And that it be referred to the Councel of State to cause the same to be forthwith sent into the respective counties within this Commonwealth , to be observed accordingly .
