ORdered by the Lords and Commons in Parliament assembled , That Power be , and is hereby given to the Commissioners at Goldsmiths-Hall to send for all such Delinquents in safe Custodie , that either doe refuse to Compound at all , or having submitted to a Composition , doe not with effect prosecute and perfect their Composition , and take out their Ordinances passed both Houses within the times limited , or within one Moneth next after the date of this Order ; and to commit to Prison such as they shall find cause , till they doe comply and yeeld obedience accordingly .
