ORdered by the Parliament , That the Lords Commissioners of the Great-Seal of England do consider how the Engagement may be tendred to all persons in any Cities , Towns or Counties within England or Wales , who are willing to take the Engagement : And that the said Lords Commissioners be Authorized and Required to nominate and appoint fit persons in the several Counties , Cities , Towns or places to take such Subscriptions , in such sort as they had formerly power to do by the Act , the time thereby limited being elapsed , and to cause Returns to be made thereof according to the said Act , by such times as they shall appoint .
