THat the Parliament doth Declare , That the several persons named Commissioners in the several Acts of Parliament for the Militia's in the several Cities and Counties of this Commonwealth , be the persons intended by the Act , entituled , An Act for the Impresting of Soldiers for the Service of the Commonwealth in Ireland , to have power to Impress Soldiers within the said several Cities and Counties by force of the said Act , and that they do act accordingly , notwithstanding the Determination of the several Acts for the Militia's .

REsolved by the Parliament , That this Vote be forthwith Printed and Published .
