THat upon the Whole Matter of the Report touching Absent Members , The Parliament doth Adjudge and Declare , That the Members who stand Discharged from Voting or Sitting as Members of this House , in the years 1648. 1649. do stand duely Discharged by Iudgment of Parliament , from Sitting as Members of this Parliament ▪ during this Parliament . And it is Ordered , That Writs do Issue forth for Electing New Members in Their Places .
