BE it Enacted by this present Parliament and the Authority thereof , That all and every such person and persons as on the Nineteenth day of April One thousand six hundred fifty and three , did or might act as Commissioners of Sewers in any Counties , Cities , Precincts , Liberties or Places in England , Wales , or Town of Berwick upon Tweed , shall by Force hereof , and by Authority of this present Parliament , be , and shall be adjudged and taken to be Commissioners of Sewers of and in the said respective Counties , Cities , Precincts , Liberties or Places in England , Wales , and Town of Berwick upon Tweed : And so shall continue and be , until there shall be Commissions under the Great Seal of England , for constituting of Commissioners of Sewers in the said Counties , Cities , Precincts , Liberties or Places , respectively made , and duely issued forth .

Wednesday the 18th of May 1659.
