Resolved upon the Question . THat the Merchants and those that were parties to the Quadriparty Indenture , and sealed and delivered the same , Except Master Mason , Master Kent , William Woodcock , Edward Nurse , William Loyd , John Currey , Matthew Foster , George Stanley , William Mead , Robert Quaterman , William Bellamy , Thomas Symmes , William Powell , Henry Goleston , Thomas Haughton , Richard Robinson , Master Davies , Master Oxwicke , Master Leechland , Master Perry touching the Imposition of Forty shillings per Tonne upon Wines , are Delinquents .

Resolved , &c. That the Company of Vintners by their owne offer of Forty shillings per Tonne upon Wines to his Majesty ; and demand of Liberty to raise a Penny per Quart upon French , and two Pence per Quart upon Spanish Wines , and prosecuting the businesse as appeareth by their owne Orders ; are Contrivers of the said unlawfull Impositions , and are Delinquents .

Resolved , &c. That all those Vintners that were parties to the Indentures , Sharers and Contrivers of the said Imposition of Forty shillings per Tonne , and a Penny per Quart are Delinquents , and ought to give satisfaction to the Common-Wealth .

THat it be referred to the Commitee for the Vintners to take into Consideration what persons of the said Company of Vintners , have beene Imprisoned , Threatned , or drawne on to give their Assent to the unlawfull Imposition of two Pence a Quart upon Spanish Wines , and a Penny a Quart on French Wines , or to underwrite for any share therein ; And also to consider what persons of the said Company were not privie or present to any such Assent forthe said Imposition , and to Report the same to this House , together with the Sharers and Underwriters thereof .
