THe Lords of His Majesties Privy Council Considering , that their Allowance and Licence for Importing Victual and Corns of all Sorts from Forraign Countries into this Kingdom , and that free of Custom , Excise , or Imposition , does expire upon the first day of October next to come ; Do therefore hereby Prorogat and Continue the foresaid Licence , in the haill Points and Articles thereof , until the second Tuesday of November next inclusivè : And Ordains thir Presents to be Printed and Published at the Mercat Cross of Edinburgh , and other Places needful .
