Maiestie
vnderstanding
by

lamentable
complainctes
and
humble
sutes
of
diuerse
and
seuerall
merchauntes
aswell
his
highnes
owne
subiectes
,
as
strangers
,
that
their
free
trades
and
traffique
of
merchaundizes
hath
bene
nowe
of
late
,
and
yet
is
much
empeched
and
hindered
,
because
th
exchaunge
and
rechaunge
of
money
(
wythout
whiche
they
cannot
as
they
saye
wythout
muche
difficultie
,
especially
at
this
time

their

traffique

good
and
iust
consideracions
mencioned

exchaunges

rechaunges

money
shall

libertie

that
the
same
may
be
from
hencefurth
vsed

all
partes

maiesties
realme

highnes
dominions

maner
as
the

was

discharged

penalties
conteined

former
statute

proclamacion

thing
conteyned

contrary
