LIves a Physician , of above twenty Years Experience in the Cure of all Diseases incident to the Bodies of Men , Women , and Children ; but more especially the POX , or Venerial Diseases ; with all its direful Accidents and attendants , with the Running of the Reins , commonly call'd a Clap : not alwayes got by foul Women , as some think ; but sometimes doth happen by Falls Bruises over-Straining , &c. This Distemper if neglected will produce a far Worse , as Chancres , Buboes , continual Pains in several parts of the Body ; especially the Shoulders , Legs and Shin-bones , and that chiefly at Night . It will likewise cause the party to Break out in many places of the Body , chiefly in the Head and Privities , with a Dulness , Weariness , and such a general Indiposition of the whole Body , that the Patient doth not know how to express it , or what he aileth . All these Distempers and Simptoms , he doth promise with the Assistance of Almighty God , to Cure , as Honestly , and at as reasonable Rates as the degree of the Disease and other circumstances will permit : the Publisher hereof being much a Stranger in these Parts , and so void of Acquaintance : and having lately taken up his Residence in the place above mentioned , hath taken this way of making himself and his Qualifications known to the World . And whosoever shall have occasion to make use of him shall never have cause to Repent ; because he promiseth nohing but what he is able to perform , from a manifold Experience .

He hath also an infallible Medicine for the Stone or Gravel , in the Reins or Bladder , which Dissolveth it , and brings it away ; tho never so large and of long Continuance .

He likewise hath an easie and safe method for the Rickets in Children ; by which he hath Cured several , and never failed in any he Undertook .
