BY a very pleasant Liquor , or never failing Cordial Elixir , at Half a Crown the Bottle , with Directions in Print , by Iohn Case , who is an Approved and Licensed Physician , and Student in Astrology , now living at the Black Ball and Lilly's Head , next Door to the Feather-shops that are within Black-Fryars Gate-way , which is over against Ludgate Church , just by Ludgate in London .

Of him the Sick may have Advice for Nothing .

And good Medicines cheap , fitted to every Age , Sex , Constitution and Disease , such as ( by God's Blessing and Assistance ) will infallibly Cure any Distemper afflicting the Body of Man , Woman or Child , whether inward or outward , of what Name or Nature soever , let the Sick observe his Directions . He hath most excellent safe Pills at three Shillings the Box , to Cure the Scurvy , Dropsie , Ague , Stone and Gout , as well as the Running of the Reins and French-POX , any sore and swelled Yard , running Ulcers , swelling in the Groins or Cods , pains in the Back , Head , Palate , Nose , Throat , stiffness in the Neck , pains in the Arms , Shoulders or Shin-bones , or whatever else comes by Whoring , or the Sports of Venus , he can Cure as privately , soon , and as well as any Man living , although the Party were before almost spoiled and undone by others .

Lastly , he Calculateth Nativities exactly , and resolves all manner of lawful Questions , according to the Rules of Astrology , and more than Twenty years Experience . All Chimical Preparations are faithfully prepared , and sold at his now Dwelling-house .
