BY Vertue of an ordinance of Both Houses , of the 27 of October , 1643. whereby 〈◇〉 is to bee levyed by way of Loane in the County of 〈◇〉 for the better inabling of our Brethren the Scots , for our assistance , we doe in pursuance thereof , and according to the powers derived unto us , Assesse you to lend the summe of 〈…〉 to be paid within eight dayes unto 〈◇〉 at 〈◇〉 whose Acquittance for the same being subsigned and entered as is directed , shall be sufficient for you to receive the said summe , with the Vse for the forbearance thereof , at the rate of eight pound per centum , per annum , according to the true intent of the said Ordinance .
