BY THE Lord Deputy General , AND General Governour of IRELAND . A DECLARATION TYRCONNEL ,

WHEREAS We think Fit for His Majesty's Service , that all Officers of the Army in this Kingdom , except such as are Members of the Privy Council , and General Officers , shall repair to , and keep at their Respective Commands . We do therefore hereby Strictly Charge and Command all Officers of the Army , excepting Privy Councellors , and General Officers , forthwith to Repair to their Several Garrisons and Quarters , notwithstanding any Licence given , and not to Depart or Absent Themselves from the same upon any pretence whatever , without particular Licence from Us in writing , upon pain of being Cashiered . And the several Collonels are to see that this Our Pleasure be duly Obey'd by the several Officers of their Respective Regiments . And if any shall not Repair to , and duly attend their Duty , the Collonels are to send Us an Account of their Names , that they may be Proceeded against for their Neglect and Disobedience herein .
